Citizens of European countries get visas on the basis of an invitation from the HATCH Organizing Committee. The hardcopy of this invitation will be sent by the Committee via regular mail immediately after the visa form is received.
Visas for the citizens of USA, Japan, China and some other countries require longer procedure. In fact, the best option for such participants is to get touristic visa from any travel agency. After receiving this information, the Organizing Committee will apply for the official invitation in the governmental agency FMS. The scan of the invitation will be sent to participants by email.
